Azizul Ashraf graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2006 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 29 November 2007. He completed his pupillage with Messrs Aziz Hon & Annuar before joining Messrs Zulpadli & Edham on 3 December 2007 as a Legal Assistant, where he honed his skills in litigation and advocacy across banking and general civil matters.
On 9 August 2016, he was admitted as a Partner of the firm and is currently entrusted with leading the Banking Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, one of the firm’s busiest and most impactful practice groups.

Recovery actions and advisory work involving products such as Bai’ Bithaman Ajil, Bai’ Al-Inah, AITAB, Musyarakah Mutanaqisah, Mudharabah, Tawarruq, Istisna’, Qardhul Hassan, and Ijarah Muntahiyyah Bittamlik. - Execution Proceedings
Bankruptcy, winding-up, garnishee orders, judgment debtor summons, writs of seizure and sale, writs of distress, repossessions, and post-judgment enforcement. - Foreclosure & Auctions
Handling foreclosure proceedings before the High Court and Land Offices, including private auctions, contested foreclosures, and post-auction disputes. - Civil & General Litigation
