Support Team & Administrative Strength

The Firm currently employs a dedicated and experienced team of approximately forty-five (45) support staff members who play integral roles across our various departments. This capable group includes account secretaries, litigation secretaries, conveyancing secretaries, public relations secretaries, and dispatch personnel — each contributing to the Firm’s operational excellence and efficiency.

Every individual within the team brings a wealth of knowledge and relevant experience to their respective areas of expertise. Many of our litigation and conveyancing secretaries are graduates from local universities, equipping them with both academic grounding and practical skills that greatly enhance their ability to support our legal teams effectively and professionally.

The Dispute Resolution & Litigation Department is backed by a strong group of thirty (30) legal secretaries who provide vital administrative and case management assistance to fifteen (15) lawyers and three (3) partners. In the Corporate & Conveyancing Department, four (4) legal secretaries efficiently support six (6) lawyers and two (2) partners in handling a wide spectrum of corporate and property-related matters.

On the administrative front, the Firm also employs two (2) account secretaries, one (1) public relations secretary, and six (6) dispatch riders who collectively ensure the seamless running of daily office operations — from financial coordination to client communications and document delivery.

In addition, the Firm places great emphasis on nurturing the next generation of legal professionals during their chambering period, typically hosting around ten (10) to twelve (12) pupils at any given time. These pupils play an active role in our dynamic working environment, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and professional exposure before their admission as Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya, thereby contributing not only to their personal growth but also to the Firm’s continued success and excellence.
